How to Register
- Complete and sign the ELA registration form.
- A $500 deposit is due with registration.
- Mail or return completed registration form in sealed envelope to NSSRA – ELA 3105 MacArthur Boulevard Northbrook, IL 60062 .
- After registration is received, the families will be contacted by the ELA coordinator to set up a time for the assessment to be completed.
- Application for reduced fee is based on applicant need. (Please indicate request for reduced fee on the registration form.)
Registration Options/Slots
ELA offers flexibility through nine registration options in an effort to reach those adults who receive little or no services as well as those involved in workshops or other vocational services. The number of available program slots is based on the staff to participant ratio which are determined during the assessment process.

Work Options - Done on a referral basis
An important element for some ELA families is a degree of work activities. Participants are encouraged to explore employment options from area workshops. Transportation
ELA is pleased to offer transportation for morning pick-up and afternoon
drop-off to selected locations.
