ELA participants take part in a wide variety of recreation and leisure activities. Recreation and leisure includes activities that are both active and passive. Participants have fitness as a part of every day at ELA. Fitness activities can include cardiovascular workout, strength training, yoga and relaxation, sport skills, and swimming. ELA participants are also given the opportunity to experience and develop life-long leisure activities. Recreation and leisure can be implemented on location or out in the community.
